I have been occupied with preparing fish and birds since 1983 but in 1986/87 I specialized in preparing fish, since I am a keen fisherman myself. I know every fish in detail.Of course I also prepare birds but most of them are protected so only a few come to me.

I prepare fish by an authentical old recipe: the basis for the prepared fish is wood, wood fibre and plaster. I smooth the plaster on a model, sleek the skin on shape the head and then fix the fins. After that I let the fish to dry approximately 30 days ,depending on the type and size of the fish. When the fish is dry I remove the upper part of the skull, meaning the crown of the head, if necessary I clean small parts, coat it with poliester,grind and paint the finished fish. With this method of procedure I can give a lifelong guarantee for my work.
